Professional wrestler Ronda Rousey is a mother of two! Ronda and her husband, MMA fighter Travis Browne, have welcomed their second baby together and Travis’s fourth. The little one was born in Los Angeles during the wildfires.
The former WWE wrestler announced in July at the San Diego Comic-Con that she was pregnant and expecting a baby girl. When sharing her daughter’s arrival, which was announced with images of the family at the hospital, Ronda wrote, “Our little girl came into this world during a windstorm into a city on fire, so grateful she made it safe and sound.” The couple chose to name their second daughter Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne. The moniker honors Travis’s Hawaiian heritage, which was passed down from his father’s side of the family.
The Expecting the Unexpected author and MMA fighter, who have been married since August 2017, welcomed their first baby together, a daughter named La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō, in September 2021. Travis also has two sons named Kaleo and Keawe, whom he shares with his ex-wife Erin Browne.
In 2023, the wrestler spoke with PEOPLE about motherhood and her daughter sharing, “I’m just so much happier that I’m no longer ruminating over myself all day. I’m always thinking about her and focused on her. I think the best part about it is that it’s mentally made me more healthy and made me stop beating myself up so much because I’m so concerned with taking care of her.”
